Jamice is born in Paris and has a Dominican mother and Spanish father. As a result he has grown up with different cultural and musical influences. His music is a mixture of Caribean music, Merengue, Zouk, Rnb and Reggaeton. Jamice started his career by singing in several choirs in Paris, playing piano and writing his own melodies.

In 2003 Jamice produced his first solo album "Quelques mots d'amour". The next year he took part in a project of Section Zouk Records to produce a compilation Zouk cd.

In 2005 his second album "Latin Love" was produced and released by Erogen Music. This album contains the international Zouk hit "Maravilla" and other beautiful Zouk songs like "7eme Ciel", "You" and "Fleur debene". As a result of his success, Jamice began an international tour through Africa, USA and Europe while winning many (mostly female) hearts.

Jamice's third album "Suave" was released in 2007 and is probably his best so far. It is a balanced mix of music styles like Zouk, Compas and Rnb. The rhythmic cd contains fast as well as slow (romantic) songs. A good example of such a Zouk Love song is Nha Princesa. The original Les saisons de l'amour is something completely different. And then there is the song Musica which is a collaboration with ABG (Abege).
